We want you to love your lace. Please notify us by email or phone within 20 days of receiving your order. We offer a money back guarantee for merchandise unless it is custom or cut to fit in anyway. There may be re-stocking fees if the lace and packaging is not in the same condition.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express both US and International. We accept personal checks and money orders from the US only.
